Warranty Coverage

MOSTPIX.COM is proud to offer a one-year warranty on all flex neon signs purchased directly from us. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, electrical malfunctions, and workmanship issues under normal usage conditions. Our goal is to ensure your sign performs beautifully and meets your satisfaction.

What’s Covered?

• Electrical Components: Including power supply, dimmer, and internal wiring, ensuring they function properly within the warranty period.
• LED Flex Neon Light Quality: Guaranteed against flickering, dimming, or significant color changes under normal indoor use.
• Craftsmanship: Covers structural integrity and any physical issues arising from construction flaws.

What’s Not Covered?

• Outdoor Exposure: Our signs are designed for indoor use unless specifically noted for outdoor use at the time of purchase.
• Damage from Misuse or Modification: Issues arising from improper installation, handling, physical damage, or unauthorized alterations (e.g., cutting, bending) are not covered.
• Environmental Damage: Including but not limited to water exposure, excessive heat, chemical damage, or other harsh conditions.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging, minor scratches, and minimal color fading are normal and not covered.
• Direct Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or damage to the materials. Avoid placing the sign in areas with direct sunlight, as this is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Reach Out to Us: Contact our Customer Support team at info@mostpix.com or by phone with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Document the Issue: To expedite your claim, please provide clear photos or a video showing the problem with the sign.
3. Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will repair the faulty components, or if needed, replace the entire sign. Shipping costs for repairs or replacements are covered by us for claims made within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, the customer will cover return shipping.

Limitations and Additional Information

• Warranty coverage starts from the original purchase date.
• Warranty claims are only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
• This warranty is non-transferable.
