Each item is padded adequately to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any mishandling by the shipping company.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. For any lost items, please contact the shipping company with your tracking number before reaching out to us.
  • We use a third-party service for shipping, and customer information is shared with them to fulfill the order.

Damage and Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by the shipping company. Ensure to inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues to the shipping carrier.
  • In the case of lost or stolen items, please contact the shipping company immediately. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after they leave our facility.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

  • No refunds will be given for shipping costs.
  • If the item was sent from production/manufacture and needs to be returned due to a defect or error, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back and resend the new item at no additional charge.
