  1. General Orders:

    • Refunds may only be requested before your purchase is finalized.
    • Once production of your order begins, refunds cannot be processed.
  2. Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders are non-refundable unless:
      • The agreed turnaround time is not met.
      • The product is found to have manufacturing defects.

Warranty Policy

  • All products are backed by a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to faulty wiring, broken LEDs, or other production-related issues.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
